General information

These are our (NORD’s) terms and conditions. These, along with the references they contain, apply to any agreement that we, NORD, have. (with Chamber of Commerce number: 89495497), close with you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@nord.club or by post: NORD, Westerstraat 42, 3016 DH Rotterdam, The Netherlands. We have the right to change these terms and conditions. You agree that the latest version of these terms and conditions will always apply to our agreement.

 

Article 1 - Products and Method

We produce and sell fragrances. All products as shown on our website are our own developed products. Our products are checked by a renowned and certified consultant.

Our products are registered by the cosmetic products notification portal (CPNP).

 

The cosmetic products notification portal (CPNP) is an online notification system created for the implementation of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products. When a product has been notified in the CPNP, there is no need for any further notification at national level within the EU.

 

Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 (Article 13) requires that the responsible persons and, under certain circumstances, the distributors of cosmetic products submit some information about the products they place or make available on the European market through the CPNP.

 

Article 2 - Registration

You must register to order a product. You must provide us with your personal information for this. You must fill in this personal information truthfully and it must be up to date. We protect your personal data well; see also our Privacy Statement on our website.

 

Article 3 - Payments

The (total) price of the products is indicated in our webshop. You have to pay via our online payment service; Stripe provides this payment service. The amount of the shipping costs depend on the delivery address.

 

Article 4 - Delivery of the products

We will deliver your product to the address you specified when placing the order. You cannot change the address after you have placed your order. 

 

Article 5 - Returns

It is possible to return your online purchase, provided the product is unopened and unused.

if the product is opened or used you will not get your money back. The conditions have been violated and the product is no longer in the right condition to sell.

You must return your received product within 14 days from the date of receipt at your own expense. This is possible with a shipping service of your choice.

 

Before you return your product, you must contact us by email (hello@nord.club) and indicate that you want to return your product. If your return is accepted you can return the product with a shipping service of your choice.

 

Article 6 - Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by using our product. This does not apply if that damage is caused by our intent, gross negligence or willful recklessness on our part. Your right to compensation will in any case not exceed the amount of the product ordered and paid for.

 

Article 7 - Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, word marks) on our texts, photos, images and other materials are our property (or are managed by us with the permission of the owner). Your use must not infringe this.

 

Article 8 - Sales to third parties

NORD products may not be resold to third parties without permission or agreement with us. If you nevertheless decide to sell our products to third parties without NORD's consent, we can sue you for this.

 

Article 9 - Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about the implementation of the agreement, we would like to hear from you. Please send your complaint as soon as possible (and described as fully as possible) to hello@nord.club. We will deal with your complaint as soon as possible, at the latest within five working days after we have received your complaint. If it takes longer to settle the complaint, you will receive a confirmation of your complaint within a few days and we will let you know when we expect a substantive answer. If we are unable to resolve the complaint between ourselves, a dispute will arise that falls under the dispute settlement procedure.

 

Article 10 - Dispute settlement

Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and the agreements that we conclude with you. In the event of a dispute, the court in Rotterdam has jurisdiction.
